Refund Policy

Because digital products can be downloaded instantly, refunds are assessed individually. We will gladly refund within 14 days of purchase if: the product is materially different from its description; the files are corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement; or you were charged twice for the same item. To request a refund, open a support request from your account and include your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Access to refunded products is closed once the refund is issued.
