Orders & payments
How do I receive my files?
Once your payment is verified by our server (not just your browser), every product in your order is added to your private library instantly. You’ll also receive an email receipt. Downloads are generated as secure, short-lived links each time you click download.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is powered by Razorpay, so you can pay with UPI, cards, net banking and popular wallets. International cards are supported where enabled. We never see or store your payment details.
Can I use products in client or commercial work?
Most products include a Commercial Licence covering unlimited personal and client projects for one person. E-books use a Reader Licence for personal reading. The exact licence is shown on every product page before you buy.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When we release a new version, your library automatically serves the latest files at no extra cost.
Is there a download limit?
Each purchase includes a generous number of downloads, shown in your library next to each product. If you ever run out — new laptop, lost files — contact support and we’ll reset it.
What is your refund policy?
If a product is materially different from its description or its files are faulty and we can’t fix them, we’ll refund you within 14 days. See the full refund policy for details.
Downloads & licences
My download link says it has expired.
For security, download links are valid for a few minutes and are tied to your account. Just return to your library and click download again — a fresh link is generated instantly.
I paid but my product isn’t in my library.
Payments are confirmed directly with Razorpay by our server, which usually takes a few seconds. If the order still shows as pending after 10 minutes, open a support request with your order number — you will never be charged twice for the same order.
Can I share files with my team?
Each licence covers the number of seats shown on the product page. For teams, buy one licence per person or choose an Extended Licence where available.
Why does my e-book show my name?
E-books are personalised at download with your name and order reference. It’s a light-touch way to discourage piracy without restrictive DRM, so you can read on any device.
